I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place At the Hollywood Casino Pittsburgh South. the renovated room was a welcoming retreat after a long day of exploring the nearby winery and restaurants within walking distance. the helpful staff, especially Sarah at the front desk, added a personal touch to my experience, making me feel right at home. the convenience of the shuttle service allowed us to effortlessly explore the area and enjoy the casino's Memorial Day weekend festivities. Although the breakfast was average, the cleanliness of the property and the friendly housekeeping staff made up for it. the lack of walkability to nearby attractions was a downside, but the proximity to commercial services was a plus. Overall, a pleasant stay with great potential for improvement.
